Start a successful company

Working on the business plan more today. I’ve been delayed because of holiday/school schedules. Have leveraged network resources to get additional “smart guy” authors for under-represented topic areas namely lawyers.

Re-calibrating site marketing to address 2 different audiences – future/startup consultants and general consumers. Will probably move future consultants to either a subdomain or a different URL all together like .net or .org Still deciding. Will be posting business model (sans margins) to some sort of ppt publishing site in the near future.

I’m considering opening up the business plan I’ve written and making it “open source” if only to allow others to watch the process I’m going through so they can learn from my inevitable mistakes.

I’m going to try to open this process up transparently so that people can see what I’m doing and regardless of how successful I am, perhaps people can learn something.
