decorate my room

Okayy so I started by takingg everything out of the wardrobe and only putting back inn what fits and I like . Then i got the boxes onn the top of the wardrobe downn and only one has gone back up . the other one is onn a shelf inn the wardrobe with a photo albumm and a couple of books . i took downn the pinn board and put up a mirror and put the pillows from the end of myy bed awayy . I went throughh myy memoryy box as it has alot inn it and onlyy put back inn things that reallyy matter to me . I got rid of old shoes that i don’t like or that don’t fit .
I still have to take downn the posters and put new ones up . Go through the drawers, and take things off the shelf . Clear the floor . Sort the boxes under myy bed and dust everythingg .
It shouldn’t take to long if I reallyy get downn and work .

I spent the whole day painting just the trim in my room. It used to be hot pink, and I was painting over it white, so it took about 3 coats. It looks so much better, now I just need to paint the walls tomorrow.

I really want my bedroom to be someplace special, since I spend so much time in here. The only problem is money, not enough of it.

I need to figure out some way to decorate it in a way I love, on a budget.

I bought the paint for my room. Universal grey, very plain and dramatic. Simply adore it.

I had so much fun updating my room. New sheets, pillowcases, frames, accessories, some hooks, an additional shelf – it took me 4 shopping trips to find what I need. :)

Im generally disorganized. But since I like my room to look (almost) clutter-free, Ive set up containers in different areas where i can just throw stuffs in – kinda like organized clutter haha. :P I’ve also placed some of my collections on display and most importantly, my things are now in areas according to the way i use them everyday.

Aaaah..I always thought i just need to decorate my room one time (which i did 4 years ago) and it will always look like that..But no, like how we are changing – so do our tastes in clothes, gadgets etc and of course the designs of the place we live in. I know I probably would want to change something in the future. But for now, i could say i’m finished decorating my room the way i want and need it today.

This is something that I’ve been meaning to do for a long while now, but just never got around to doing. I went to Ikea the other day and looked around at the showrooms and I got inspired again to decorate my room. I guess the first step in redecorating my room is getting rid of everything that I don’t need and cleaning everything up. Oh, and look at this. I’ve already done it. Yes. Now, I just need to repaint my walls. I already got a color picked out and hope on getting the paint sometime this week. The color is a gray color called “shore line gray” and is very calming and neutral. I’ve had bright green walls and dark blue walls and I’m sick of it. I need something calming and comforting.(:

Well I’m nearly done.
I have cleaned, redone, and decorated nearly all of my room.
I should been done in a matter of hours.

I’ve started aquiring things I need for it… but there are a few more vital items I need before assembly… Too bad I can’t paint my apartment. That would be amazing.

My rooms a right mess.
And it doesn’t look good ether so I’m gonna re do it so I like it and it’s tidy and hopefully organised !
