buy more makeup

I want to get some makeup that suits me now that I’m a bit older. I know my colours now and I want to buy nice things finally… Not just the really cheap stuff on special :)

My problem is that I have a lot of crappy drugstore mascaras and eyeshadows. I have gotten colormatched foundation from Clinique, and have their blush and bronzer. Everything else is cheap drugstore. So, my goal is to ask for cash or Clinique/Sephora giftcards for Christmas. :)

new makeup.
I lost my blush and my liquid eyeliner is almost over. I also want a rollon eyeliner, I hate sharpening it. and I never been too fond of eyeshadows, but maybe I should give it a try.
oh, also lipgloss. I need a new one, I gave the one I had to my mom.
some new lipsticks would be great too.

I want to know more about makeup. I only know the basics, but I really want to know how to do the really glamorous and artsy makeup. I also really want to buy the Kat Von D makeup line, but in order to do that I would like to know how to use it first.

so i’ve been eyeing a lot of makeup products lately (especially NYX cosmetics+ MAC) and because of the samll town i live in i havent been able to find any of the stores. i’ve created a pretty lengthy list of all the products i would like to have and i am planning on ordering them.

MAC is my favourite line of makeup, so this goal clashes pretty well with my “be more fiscally responsible goal,” but it makes me happy so I am cool with it. My god I have changed so much in the past year!

Bought gobs of makeup and am sooooo pleased with myself. All of it is very flattering.

my mom used to be a mary kay saleswoman, so i just got the stuff i could find and needed from there and just bought mascara and a few other things the other day with some money i got for christmas.. so id say i pretty much met this goal
