With my latest health eating plan I have been drinking more and more water and less diet coke. Some days I don’t even drink any diet coke at all and I do miss it but when I do drink it I probably enjoy it slightly more because I’ve gone a few days without having any.

But I plan on drinking one bottle a day starting from Monday.
I’ve been drinking mainly diet coke and bitter lemon and only have a little water just before bed so that really needs to change.
I have water ready so I just need Monday to roll on, well actually I will start tomorrow. I am finding myself quite dehydrated and thirsty and it’s because I’m not drinking enough so the water should sort that out and I think when I start exercising I will need to drink 1/2 – 1 other bottle of water a day also.

I’ve been drinking around 2lts a day except for that last 3 days where I’ve barely drank any. As of yet I haven’t had any today (Friday) and that’s not normal for me even on the days were I drink only a little.
I am going to have a glass before I go to bed and try and get some more drank in the next 8 hours.
I do drink more water than diet coke which is good, I drink around 1lt of diet coke a day and around 2lts of water a day (on the days when I manage it) so that’s good. I just need to get back into the habit of drinking 2lts of water a day and then I can complete this goal.

It’s a lot easier to do this when you don’t have diet coke in the vending machine in school.
Plus, ever since I got back from Aspen I’ve been drinking more water.
Returning from high altitude certainly has bonus points.
well, I’ve gone for a long enough time, i think i can say i have accomplished this goal. I only have about 2 or 3 a month, which is a lot better than before.
its kind of a joke with my friends and I about how addicted to diet coke I am…but i read an article about aspartane and it really freaked me out…so I’m trying to be better about drinking them.
My intention is not to quit it altogether. At least not yet. I was up to 6 a day. I want to keep it at 2 a day. And I really need to drink more water. I would have put the water under thing 2 but I consider them going hand in hand. If I limit diet coke I’m going to have to drink something in it’s place. That’s where the water comes in.

...I’ve drank more water than I normally do and have cut back on the diet coke. I’ve basically not been putting any in the fridge so I don’t want it warm so I can’t have it if it’s not chilled.
Today I only had one small bottle of it, it had to be bought from the shop as there was non chilled at home.
I know I drink too much diet coke and I do drink 1-2 litres of water a day in general but I want to drink 2 litres or more a day if I can. It’s just trying to get into a routine of doing that.
Some days I hope to have no diet coke at all.
It’s not as easy as it seems. I swear coke is soo addicting. COCA COLA sillies! :P
