Good news = I’ve been consistent in my workouts. I have managed to workout at least 4 times a week for the entire month of January.
I have joined the Logical Weight Loss challenge on LoseIt and it is really helping me stay on track. David & I are the only two entries so it is easy to see exactly what we are each doing every day. It is definitely a pride thing at this point. 5 days ago
