How I did it: Keep some in my purse, car, or in a basket in the kitchen, easy access is the key!

Yeah it’s such a surprise… I’ve never liked fruit in all my life. Now I quite like and eat it every day. Yes, really amazing. I need, I must keep on eating it and just forget about that old bad habit I had: not eating it at all!

I’m eating at least one apple or orange every day. Besides lately I find fruit delicious (which is really weird since I have never liked it in ALL my life). I guess this is a good thing. I’ll keep on eating it!
