Well I finally got my backhandspring! Sometimes I still get scared and need one spot, but then I can do it myself again! I am so happy! I can’t wait to show it off at one of the football games!

it took me a while, and a few times of falling on my face. once you get it, its pretty easy, and its mandatory for my cheerleading team!
I am getting much better! James, my instructer on backhandsprings came to my school during 6th period, cheerleading, to work on back handspring! He said that I had gotten much better, and my back is bending how it should and I am getting enough power and heighth in it! I stay in the air without touching the ground at all for a half a second, James said that it was really good that I can get that high! I can not wait to get it by myself!!!
I am still working hard on this, and have almost got it by myself! Everyone who spots me on one says that I can do it by myself if I wanted to, and that it is all in my head that I have to have a spotter. So I hope I will get it soon!
Last year I did it by myself 7 times, but then I did not make the team. :( This year I worked hard and i could not do it, but I made the team!!! :) Now I am working very hard on it again, but I am having troubles on bending my back. Now that I have more muscle in my back, it is not a flexible. Please cheer me on, even though I am a cheerleader it is hard to cheer myself on!!!
