How I did it: Classes finally ended and I had some time to read for pleasure. Once I started, I couldn't put it down. But I wanted to make sure that I would enjoy it, so I only read it when the kids were sleeping, and I read in my bedroom, so that I wouldn't see my messy house and want to clean.
Lessons & tips: Find the time and stick to it.
Resources: The library is the best resource since it requires no money to find a new book AND it requires you to read it in a predetermined amount of time

Cory cashing in my coin jar and getting that bench
I just went to the book store and they had a lot of classic novels that where like buy 2 get 1 free, so I got Moby Dick, Complete works of Edger Alen Poe, and The Origion of Species. I think I’ll try to read one a month. That’ll knock the first thing off my todo list:)
i am currently reading Catch-22. im very excited about it. its a little difficult for me to get into the book. but i know that soon i wont be able to put it down. im proud of myself.
Jane Eyre was one of the many classics I read. It was breathtaking. Even though the writing is of an earlier era, it’s so easy to follow just because of the human story; almost like reading about your own life, or the life of someone you could have known today. A wonderful love story. It will haunt you long after you’ve turned the last page.

Every couple days this “reminder” pops up in my email, and I keep deleting it. Not because I’m not interested, but only because there is just so many damn classics out there, I have no idea which one to start with. Any suggestions?????
