I haven’t worked out as much for about 2 months already. I used to work out every day or every other day, depending on my energy and health levels. I need to go back and put in a good vigorous workout so that I can feel the burn! Wish me luck!

I do belong to a gym, but it is very hard to make time to get there. My work and school work make it almost impossible. I am currently waking up earlier then usual to make it my buisness to go.I am keeping a log and trying to get there at least 3 times a week.

I was working out a least 5 times a week and I was in the best shape of my life…but lately i don’t want to do anything and I gained back five pounds. I’m finding it really hard to get motivated again.
I am involved in a sport every season and i work out about 3 hours a day usually. Most of my body looks really good but i want to work on my abs more. They used to be really good and I am not sure what happened but I know i can make them look amazing again.
Um…I’m hoping today that I can join a gym but yeah. I need to start working out more so I can get rid of the crap in my lungs from smoking.
So far I have been working out for 2 month. Every other day so far… sometimes on the weekend.
I have a home gym and I run 30 minutes on the eliptical and do weights everyother night. I have a balance ball, but I don’t really know how to use it.
I need to get back in shape! I want to swim again and combine it with spinning and running so I can do a triathlon.
i’ve been running 3-5 miles 4 times a week. plus, teaching dance is a workout in itself, and working as a bartender keeps me on my feet for hours at a time. on top of that, my new job is a 15 min walk from my house, so most days i walk there and back. it’s a small thing, but it helps.
i’d say i’m doing pretty well.
