"So worth doing...it has changed my whole life."

How I did it: I made a list of everyone I've ever known and went through picking out those I owed amends to. I wrote each one a letter outlining what I'd done wrong and asking for forgiveness.

Lessons & tips: Just do it. It's hard, but you'll be set free.

    So far I’ve made amends to my mom, my younger sister, and my most recent ex-boyfriend. I have about 5 more people on my list, but I already feel so much better. But I think the hardest person to make amends to will be myself…
