customise some of my clothes

am cool

I have a plain white shirt it so boring I want to jazz it us, make it look nice, i’ve tried some but they look lame. Somone gimme some ideas Please

This isn’t one of my priorities at the moment so I’m giving it up but might reinstate it in the future :)

I’d love to start customising my clothes but i have no idea where to start. Google here i come!

The furthest I’ve got with this is customising several pairs of old jeans that my sis gave to me into cool funky skirts but sadly as I was short of money and flogged them all on eBay.

I must do this again and keep the results because you can make some cool stuff out of old clothes. When I get more confident with what I’m doing I’d love to start tearing bits off/adding bits onto my new shop bought clothes to make them totally unique :D

I am so ‘hands on’ creatively that i’m always adding bits, cutting away stuff in my wardrobe – it totally transforms my clothes even if it’s the smallest ammendment its so personal and makes my clothes, me.

The phrase “SHIRT EMERGENCY!” has nostalgic significance in my household. My housemates and I have all recently been discussing having a big shirt-renovation day. It turns out that one of my housemates actually has a screen-printing set-up as well, which could prove kind of fantastic. I’m hoping this’ll happen in the next couple of months, but money-wise I’m so dead right now.

When you’re a bigger girl it’s hard to find awesome stuff to wear. You think I’m lying, don’t you!! Anyway, I’d love to jazz up some singlets and trousers and shirts with fun stuff that nobody else is wearing exactly the same as I am.

All I have to do is get to a craft shop like Lincraft (pity about the liquidation business) or Spotlight when I have some spare money so I can set the wheels in motionio.
