My paper journal was becoming a list of who, what, where, when. Nothing deep, nothing truly personal. With the help of a small list I found online, I’m changing the entries to be more about my internal life, as well as what goes on outside (and how it affects me). I’m letting myself get my emotions out on paper, clear out old problems, and heal old wounds.

It seems all I really had to do was carry it around everywhere to get this one ticked off! Since the beginning of the month (and since physically starting a new journal) I’ve had my journal in my handbag. I’ve already made eight entries! It really comes in handy when I’m bored stiff at work. I reckon I’ll even have this new journal filled up before the year’s up! :D

I’m not ticking this off yet because I’m still writing in it very sporadically… but I finally finished off the journal that I posted about here – I started that one in 2004, no jokes! I tucked it up neatly on NYE, so it’s got two years of memories in it.
But now’s my dilemma: WHICH ONE OF THESE DO I USE NOW? Seriously, tell me! Which one should I use! I can’t decide!

I CAN’T BLOODY WELL WRITE IN IT IF I CAN’T FIND IT CAN I!!!! GOSH DARN IT.

I got the cutest paper journal from my dad for my birthday last year. I just don’t use it that often because I’m writing on my livejournal all the time. I’ve kept paper journals for so long, I can’t bear the thought of not having a solid memory-keeper to go back through when I’m old and grey.
