    lat. raise 3×15
    military press 3×12
    stand. obliques 3×20
    crunches 3×16
    long arm crunches 3×10
    alt. lunges 3×10
    calf pushups 3×16

    Well, today I kinda took it easy. I think. I did most of what I’ve been doing. But I just didn’t feel like doing
    everything.

    I have Spinning tonight, and a freebie Spinning tomorrow morning, and I will do strength training again on Sunday.

    double leg lift 3×12
    bb press 3×20 sec. – didn’t do this
    alt. lunges 3×10 (OUCH!)
    squats 3×5 (OUCH!)
    calf pushups 3×12

    Well, it was a good workout. I was reading that most people don’t use enought weight when doing strength training. So I added more of everything. Which was great. Tough, but needed.

    I also added weight to the curls – my biceps are just alot stronger.

    The bicycle thing is this ab/obliques/crunch thing… but it was just too much after the cruches and the leg lifts. That’s okay, I can change it up now and again…

    I think doing most of everything, three times a week is the key to seeing results, right?

    So far so good – I upped my reps on each thing. I didn’t do squats because my quads were still really sore from spinning and the previous session – I did lunges:(.

    Yay! Today I rest, and I have spinning. Tomorrow, I will do my complete routine, with more exercises I found, and squats and lunges. Yay!

    Okay, not 6 days, but 3 days... 3 years ago

    It’s better if I just do it all at once, abs, arms, legs, etc. I did my first workout last night, I don’t feel it today, so tomorrow I will add some more reps.

    I really do like exercising, but I guess I forget? Or I resist? But when I do it, I feel good, so I have to focus on remembering that…

    I would alternate between body zones, you know, like arms and abs, then legs and back, etc.

    I was doing this in Dec for a few weeks, when I was back at home wtih my parents. I enjoyed it – it wasn’t too hard.

    And now, well, I’m reluctant to pay the full package price at the gym. I’m paying for spinning only, but the whole package for weights and all the other classes is too much.

    So, I have to find some inner discipline and make it happen at home!
