Well, I’m really not giving up on this goal. I just changed it a bit and realized that if I’m going to lose 60 pounds in the time frame I gave myself for it then I will most likely get really sick because losing that much weight in so little time is unhealthy.
So, I didn’t give up and I’m rechallanging myself.

Today I put on a shirt. It was a shirt that I put on a million times before. It’s black and has a picture of a two headed skeleton on the front, like the bones are from simese twins. I love this shirt.
This morning when I put this shirt on I looked in the mirror. I looked at the crease in my forehead from sleeping, my mole that sits just below my lip and then I looked at my midsection. I have love handles, not small ones but large ones that I can notice when I put my shirt on.
Love handles have to die!

Tonight I was just sitting around and thought I should do some sit-ups. I didn’t to just regular sit-ups but I did this set of them that I learned when I was living with some friends. It is suppose to work everything in your midsection. One full set is about 60 sit-ups. I did two of these sets so that is about 120 sit-ups. It isn’t a lot but anything little thing that will help be build muscle is good.

This morning when I woke up I was at 28.5% body fat. Yesterday I drank lots of water and went out for a walk. I know that I should get into yoga but I think tonight I’m going to do a bunch of sit ups, push ups and other calistitics to build muscle and get rid of this fat.

Yes, this morning I went on the scale after I was done my shower and I was at 29% body fat. One whole percent is gone! Woot!
When I set up this goal I figured that I would be able to lose .5% body fat a week to reach my goal. I know that eventually that the loss will slow down but I’m going to enjoy it when I can.

I just got the urge to find out what my body fat percentage was this morning. I went from being 30% at the beginning of the week to 29.5% this morning. I have to go out and get some groceries today so I’m going to walk to the grocery store. We have one that is a twenty minute walk away but we also have one that is about a half hour away. I’m going to walk to the farther one.

Today when I was going over to a friend’s house I had the chance to take a bus almost to his door or to take another bus, walk twenty minutes and be there at the same time. I took the walk. It was a nice night out. A little brisk but I like that type of weather.

Not much to this goal. Like most people today I’m not happy with my body. I use to be in better shape and would like to get that way again. I’m not worried about how much I weigh but I’m worried about my body fat percentage. I’m considered obese by the body fat charts. It’s time to change that.
