I got up at 12 when the alarm clock sounded today. I sat around for half an hour or more then went to the cafeteria. There I saw my “boyfriend” he looked yummy as usual. I paid my cell phone bill. (yay) and got a whole heap of my homework done. So I guess waking up on time does pay off.
Wet dreams tonight.

I find myself resetting the alarm atleast five times before I actually get up. Sometimes the alarm clock (old cellphone really) ends up under my chest or stomach so I oversleep by two hrs.
......tho I’m not actually getting up when alarm goes off. My radio comes on at 7.15 and when I’ve heard the 7.30 news that’s my cue to get up. I find listening to the radio rather than a nasty bleeping alarm engages my brain better and helps with the waking up process. I can’t fall back to sleep with the radio on.
The fact I actually have a job I like is helping me with this goal enormously…............
i feel like the first time the alarm goes off it’s just a little warning telling me that i’m going to have to wake up soon…
...to go to bed immediately when you are tired, only when you are tired, and to never change the alarm time.
