    Second week going daily to the gym... 4 months ago

    1. Paid 4 months in advance.
    2. Rented a locker and have everything I need there (So I don’t have an excuse for not going)
    3. Go at lunch time
    4. Go after work
    5. Planning to go before work too.

    Went from 220 to 210 and now 214. Muscular mass? not sure, but I’m growing bulkier fast.

    Weighted in yesterday, since I started doing cardio and reducing my caloric intake to 1,200 calories lost 10 pounds…20 more to go…I’ll update my measures later..

    Mom had visit me every other weekend, and she insists I’m lacking weight so she gaves me all this homemade food I’d gain in a month what took me four months to shred!!!!!

    I’m being almost spartan in order to lose more size around the midsection, but then, I’m losing it everywhere, whatever size I gain in muscle I lose it.
