become a screenwriter

I am currently writing a serialised teen farce for TV film production called Jo Badpenny

The concept is good and it may need some further adjustments to the episodes after submission. I think it is an idea we will see copied in other formats in the future. However, it is a whizzzz of an idea.

This is Lucky Jim brought up to date in a school setting. The inspiration is “a successful 1950’s film in black and white*, but the development goes far beyond the original short. That is all I am saying at the moment.

I have almost completed a screenplay called Henri and the Alien.

It is a staggering piece of writing. If it is ever made into a film or animation it will with the right direction be a prize winner of the first order. The story is entertaining, the plot is humorous and it breaks the rules of genre in such a way it will always stand out as a major shift in cinema. It has the same endearing character as the book of the same name.

The three closest films to it already made are Time Bandits, Alice in Wonderland and Spirited Away by Studio Ghibli. You may call it the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy of its time.

i have finished writing a draft of my first screen play. So far it looks to be a could read at least…

Need to start planning out each page and getting to know my characters…

My first draft is 82 pages in length. I need that increased to above 190 pages.

where do i need to go to sell a script?
