it’s OK to take breaks…right? like if you do 50 in the morning and 50 at night
It works for me to split it up:)
How to do 100 sit-ups daily for 100 consecutive days
How I did it: I started off 30, then increased to 50. Adds up til i started to do 100. Now that ive reached 100, i can do more when i feel like it. Its in my blood to do it everyday now before i start to sweat. One of the celebs do 2000 a per day, imagine that!
Lessons & tips:
- Dont push urself too much. stop if u feel the pain. it takes time to add more counts

Yes, I couldn’t make it…
Those who follow my comments are awre of my back problem since I started doing the crunches. Last weekend my back hurted soi much that I decided to go having a massage.
That massage was so hard, so “violent” for my body that I spent the last two days in bed, with high fever and my mussles absolutely torn apart.
The first one of these two days I tried to do my crunches, but yesterday I wasn’t able at all.
Considering that my back pain comes from the crunches (I don’t wkno what I was doing wrong) I decided to quit.
It’s sad, because I felt perfectly able to follow til the end, but I don’t want to push my body far beyond its possibilities.
The positive part of it is that, as I was telling, I know that I could have done it. So I feel absolutely ready to accomplish any other goal.
So, let’s start with something new, now :-)
Thanks to all of those who gave me their support. It was really helpful. Thanks a lot!
Marc

Still pain in my back but I feel like I’m recovering a little bit. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
I thought I might be able to do them all at once but I couldn’t! 40, 40, 20… hopefully soon I’ll be able to do larger sets.

Yep, I continue doing them (only 100 now, no bonus track) even if my back hurts li hell. Actually it doesn’t hurt me when I do my crunches, otherwise I wouldn’t do them anymore.
But it really hurts. On Monday I’ll go to the doctor.
