open a deli

My future sister in law wants to open a coffee shop. I want to open a sandwich shop. We have lots of places like subway, togos and port of subs in the area – but all the sandwiches and plain and boring (and lack a certain something). I want to open a sandwich shop with original, yummy, sandwiches. Both cold and hot, meat or vegetarian, with GREAT bread and lots of choices.

I think that if we can find the right spot, we can open a location that has both the coffee shop and the sandwich shop inside the same storefront.

It’s just a dream right now – but perhaps someday it will happen.

I live in a very rural area. There are I think a great opertunity for a little deli sandwich shop. There are a few timber mills in the area and no restraunts around for the guys to have lunch at, well there is a bar. But I really would love the opertunity to have a little shop and see what i could do with it in this area with maybe the chance to expand into other goods. The closeest restraund is about 10 miles away from all the mills. I think it would be fun., and maybe make a few dollars.
