Aus1 is gaining weight
I was going to the gym and trying to bulk up. I then went on my holiday to Australia where I spent a wonderful month enjoying myself and enjoying excesses of most things.
During that trip my weight went from about 94 kg to somewhere around 99 kg I would guess, probably no higher than that.
I came back to the UK and went back to the gym to try and lose some of the weight as it had all gone on my gut.. and somewhere I went off the rails and decided that I liked it. My weight at that time was 96 kg!
I ate like a pig for about a month. I drank loads of double cream (over 2,000 kCal per bottle) and ate lots and lots of food.
During that period of time my weight went up, my highest recorded weight was 100.0 kg, after this weigh in I was too ashamed to go to the same place to weigh in again as people would notice how fat I’d become in such a short period of time.
On most days I was eating around 5 – 6,000 kCal easily and some days consuming even more.
My stomach went from being 37 – 38 inches up to a whopping 43.5 inches! I needed to buy a new belt my gut grew so fast, my jeans didn’t even need a belt anymore as they were so tight (and they were really loose before I started)..
All the extra weight went to my stomach and all my shirts felt really tight.
I would estimate my final highest weight was about 103 kg, perhaps a little higher. I estimate that because of the effects of the previous 3 kg on my body.
I thoroughly enjoyed gaining such a massive amount of weight. I enjoyed being a lot fatter for a short time.
I enjoyed the feeling of it, the feeling of being a lot heavier, the extra rolls on my gut, and the stretch of my shirts over my expanding stomach as well as the feeling of the jeans digging in, my belt needing to be replaced etc.
I would say that anyone could do this with a little effort.
I then decided that I had gotten fat enough. My weight was a little high for my liking at this point in my life. So I went on a fairly fast diet and lost about 4 kg in 3 weeks. I then joined a new gym and I’ve been there working out really hard.
When I started at the gym I had lost a LOT of muscle tone and gained a LOT of fat replacing it. My bodyfat measurements showed that I had 27% bodyfat when I joined the new gym. My weight was about 98 kg.
On 15/07/08 my weight was 96kg and my bodyfat was 20%
So I’ve now managed to turn my weight around completely, to gain back muscle mass and lose the fat.
While I did enjoy gaining the weight, getting fatter, and loving being a bigger me I’ve now decided to concentrate on getting fitter and bigger in a musculature type way instead of fat, though this experience taught me a LOT about my body and about weight gain and muscles etc.
What ever you want to do with your life, enjoy it!
