I have been to the gym 3 times this past week, and boy have I sweated! No pain no gain!

I sleep so much. If Im given a spare hour and I am home I have to have a kip. Sometimes I get home from work and have to have a kip. I do wake up early, but I want to stay up late too i.e past 10.30pm!
I am not overweight, eat a fairly healthy diet, drink plenty of water, dont drink (once a month perhaps) and dont smoke. I walk to work and walk everywhere on the weekend but I am still sooo tired and sleepy.
