give up swearing for lent

And I wasn’t half as successful with this as I’d hoped to be, but I’ve cut back quite alot, and the Bessy Cow is full… so that’s still and improvement in my book.

I’m not terribly bad at this, and I dont swear half as much as I used to, but still would like to cut right back, and I seriously have a way better chance of this than giving up chocolate, or ice-cream or alcohol.

I have my favourite black and white spotty cow moneybox sitting on my desk at work, all ready to go, (she makes for a very cute swear jar) so the only way this will work, is if I have to put money in there every time I swear and parting with cash will be a great incentive to stop.
