Come on this is really not responsible. I need to get things organised better and plan ahead , make sure that i have a constant supply of tablets for the year. I take them for panic attacks, which i don’t suffer with any more, but i’m too chicken to come off them incase they come back.

It’s all psychological i know, they help me though and whilst they continue to do that. I feel that i ought to take them. My doctor says that they are not neccesary and to go cold turkey. However i have done this for two weeks and felt shocking afterwards so i’d rather not! I’m going to stay on them until i am in a position where i feel comfortable with my life and my finances and home situation 120%.

Anyways, as i say, this is something i need to get sorted out, otherwise i will feel the withdrawl symptoms. It’s only a light medication and is not supposed to be addictive. Yet as with all drugs, you can expereince really horrible withdrawl symptoms. I’m going to go to the pharmacy and pick up my repeat tommorow so that it is ready for me to take down to the south.

I’m going to be staying there until sunday and my boyfriend really doesn’t like how down and frustrated i can get when i’m not taking them, so i will make an effort to get things sorted asap. I’m riding in the morning at 8:30am until 4:30pm so i will have to ask my mum if she will pop down to the pharmacy. This means going round to her house at about 7pm as it takes me an hour to get across town to riding school!

In the evening i will be at my grandparents until 8pm so this leaves me no time, so the best option would be get an early night and pop round in the morning.
