145 lbs…it will be nice to be 135 by december when i see my bf.
bikram yoga and healthy eating….10 lbs to lose in 5 weeks.
I’m currently about 150. A few years ago I weighed 130 and felt great. Grad school definitely caused me to put on a few pounds. I’m finding it VERY difficult to shed weight now. My body doesn’t seem to want to cooperate. However, I’m hopeful that once I get into the routine of eating healthy and exercising regularly the weight will slowly start to come off.
I want my energy and focus back. I want my clothes to fit and I’d like to get new ones that my kids won’t jeer at :-)
Create a meal plan, cook at home, tie goals of journalling, grattitude, exercise, connecting with the kids and clear thinking in with this one. Get back to dancing on Saturday night. Start running again and head back to the gym.
I’m aiming for 1200-1400 calories every day from now on. I want to lose 10lbs by summer. Why is this so hard????
I found the cutest Betsey Johnson bikini. I am in love with it. And the thought of wearing it makes me want to try harder to lose weight. I refuse to not look adorable in such an adorable bathing suit.
Sadly I’ve realized that with my eating/exercise habits my body is plateauing at 140lbs. So I now have to seriously recommit to cutting out all junk food and working out harder. So I pushed back my deadline to the 17th to give myself an extra week.

I told myself I could leave DC once I finish the things on this list. That motivates me to try harder. I worked out today and have eaten really well.
So last night working night shift everyone got pints of ice cream (my favorite food!) and I had soup and celery sticks instead. I better lose weight doing this!!!!
I’m giving up all sweets, junk food, etc for 7 days. February 7-14. Wish me luck! :)
