I am so not on track to accomplishing this…. It doesn’t help that I’m a bit intimidated by bike riding or that my knee has been giving me trouble lately. I just need to get on my bike and ride!!
i ride my bike at our refuge…7miles in 45minutes and i am 58 yrs old..call 956-460-9551 if u want to do the trails with me. smiles xavier

I saw a few more people on bikes this morning while I was walking to work and sort of wondered about it. Then I realized later that it was Bike to Work Day! What a great initiative! Anyway, I hope everyone who participated had a good experience. It’s nice to be in a place where I don’t have to do any extra work to avoid driving, and I really respect people who live in the suburbs and still bike when they can. Way to go, y’all!
