tidy up my desk

But for some reason I now have a bit of a CD case overload. I dunno, it seems like once you have even a minor collection of a certain class of THING on your desk it becomes a valid dumping ground for any other similar THINGs that other people are attempting to get rid of.

The receptionist’s still on holiday. Perhaps I’ll take the opportunity to do a little, er.., relocating of stuff.

The company’s receptionist is going on holiday for a week from tomorrow, and so she decided to clear up her desk. All good so far. What’s bad is that she cleared some of her junk onto my desk instead.

I didn’t anticipate this ugly turn of events. My progess continues to be undone!

Fought a bit of a losing battle today—the paperwork seems to have multiplied overnight.

Also, I appear to have a sudden surfeit of biros.

...by the simple expedient of throwing half of my papers away. Problem is now that I have a big pile of stuff I can’t throw away but can’t figure out where to file it. To staple or to hole-punch, that is the question…?
