My end goal is to work from 8am to 4:30 Monday thru Friday.

9:15am, and then 9:30am. Given the traffic and commute situation, this is not too bad. It’s much better than 10am. I’ll try to keep this up for this week.

I like to start going to work 30 minutes earlier, and then take a 20 minutes power nap after lunch. So when I wake up in the morning, instead of thinking, “oh gee, i’m so tired”, I can say to myself, “let’s get to work now, so you will have time to nap after lunch ;)”

I like to get to work earlier, so I can leave earlier. It’s tough because I’m naturally a night owl. Now it’s time to turn into a lark.
Leave my house at 8:20 to catch the 8:35 train to be at work at 9:00. May try to catch the 8:25 some mornings and maybe even cycle a few mornings when the weather gets finer.
Tues 20 – 8:00am earlier tomorrow.
Weds 21 – 8:00am
Mon 26 – 9:00am
Tues 27 – 8:10am
Weds 28 – 8:00am
