Practice 15 chews at work. Once get into a habit, can extend to home.

to keep concentrating, I can count number of chews for every bite. It seems 15 is a good number.
Some time during my Freshman year, I developed the habit of eating quickly to fit meals in between classes and other stuffs.
Needless to say, it’s a bad habit, and has contributed to my gain in weight. I want to stop doing it.
Soooo, now it’s a Thing.
I always eat too quickly, like if I don’t my food will spontaneously disappear. I think if I eat more mindfully I’ll eat less and of course it’ll probably be better for my digestion etc.
