create a successful blog

I want to create a blog that people enjoy that has quality content and lots of traffic so that I can show the world what I know and most importantly tell everyone that I am a successful blogger.
I dream that one day I will wake up and my blog will receive thousands of page views over night 

I have started about 6-7 blogs this years. 2-3 are still running. For some reasons, I don’t have a huge desire to see them becoming successful.

Last week, I have created a blog (http://towerofconfusion.wordpress.com). My objective is to motivate and support language learners. I have 8 subscribers so far (including myself). Way to go!

As I have been thinking to myself, what is my main objective here? To see my subscribers increasing, or to help other people? I believe I should keep a correct attitude while developing this blog. Even if I only have 8 subscribers, I still need to keep the blog going.

Hi, My name is Amanda and I sing in the band Present Tense. Our one thing would be to create a successful internet presence and hopefully make some new friends and fans in the process. I need to define a more concrete goal for this rather vague objective.

Ok, my goal is to have at least 100 subscribes in a year time.

I already have 4 blogs running, but I am still researching for a better a topic.
