See the movie "The Da Vinci Code"

Read the book! It’s soo much better. And read Angels & Demons too!

... but the book was MUCH better.

The movie is entertaining.

I saw the film last week and if you’ve read the book then the film will probably be a big disappointment. Parts of it were left out because the film was too long, though I think they should have left them in. (Also Tom Hanks is getting far too old and the receding hairline is not a good look.)

The ending was the only good part, I think it was better than the book.

...and unlike what the hype would have me believe, it was nothing special. I admit to quite enjoying the book – it was pretty exciting – but the film was just silly, despite the fact that Audrey Tatou was enchanting as ever. In fact, she alone is a reason to go! xxx
