mail more letters

I mailed another letter today. Two letters so far this year matches my total of all of last year. And i will work on keeping the trend going. I have eighteen more stamps before i run out :D

I just sent a letter today, so I obviously haven’t gotten a reply from that one. I did not get a reply from the first letter either. On a phone conversation, she said she wrote a reply and then read it to me on the phone, so I suppose that counts.

So, today I went and put a letter in the mailbox. I hope it goes through, and doesn’t get lost or anything.

I went at about 2:10 to the mailbox. I read the pickup times, and of course that particular box gets picked up at 2:00. So now my letter won’t get sent until Monday. Oh well.

I hope the recipient doesn’t think I’m a loony for sending mail.

Today I wrote a letter, but I again could not find a stamp anywhere in my house. So I decided to do something about it. I went out, despite absolutely horrid driving conditions, and bought twenty stamps. Now, unless something horrible happens like the USPS raising postage, I will be good on stamps for a bit.

I write a lot of letters, but I rarely send them. A lot of the time I am embarrassed to do it, because I tend to reveal my secrets in writing. But sometimes secrets are meant to be revealed.

Sometimes, i just simply cannot find a stamp anywhere, and by the time I have the opportunity to go and buy some, the time just doesn’t seem right for mailing.
