since I began this goal. But I haven’t been able to do them every day. So…I’ll create a goal that is more attainable for crunches.
Now I’m starting to see some sign of my efforts. When I reach 10,000 I think the abs will look great. Seeing a difference is definitely a motivator!
Haven’t done them every day, but I’m still pretty consistent. Since I began this goal I am at a thousand crunches. I’m wondering when I will see some visible effects for my efforts.
doing 100 per day. I did miss one day this week and I’m adding some on to make up the difference. But I’m feeling some soreness tonight. I’ll just have to work through it. It’ll be worth it.
every day for at least a month’s time should help me combat this belly bulge that has me so uncomfortable.
