Weehector just back from rome and needs to book a hotel for barcelona next month
A couple of entries a day here is my first small step. I’m a compulsive list maker so this site rocks my world. I used to write a diary when I was about 12 or 13 but my stepmother found it and taunted me with it. I used to love writing short stories at school and I was pretty sure I wouldn’t be a career writer, but I’d write a book at some stage in my life.
Funny how those dreams slip away and I now spend my days writing objectives, strategies and tactics in a 3rd person professional tone of voice or dashing off studio briefs.
But the good news is that the dream is back on the list. Whether I spend my time on self indulgent short stories that I’ll keep to myself, a travel journal or a fabulous novel, I’ll be happy just to have picked up a pen again and write for no reason than the fact that I wanted to.
