fix my tooth!

Well, I got my insurance and the estimate finally came. They are charging me an upwards 2K to do the work & I just can’t do it right now. I can’t believe they don’t offer a payment plan. I want to have gold done, as I have had all my lead removed & I can’t get around the fact that I need a root canal. I have a temporary for now. Maybe it can wait until our move…

Done. Sort of. The filling has been replaced, but since it’s a high use molar, they’ve suggested I cap it. Which is great, because I have thousand dollar bills just lying around here like leaves.

At least a crown is something that can wait for a while. The filling is fine for now. He also smoothed out a couple of edges that have been bothering me.

Since I can’t just pick up a glue gun and fix that missing half-filling myself, I’ve been trying to juggle things so I can get this taken care of. Yesterday a girlfriend offered to bus out there with me and keep an eye on Isak while I have it done. Next? making an appointment for the filling before it turns into an appointment for a root canal. I left a message…

I still keep trying to stuff food in that tooth, but it just won’t stay…

I popped half of a filling about a week ago. I really need to do something about that.

painless and cheap…why I didnt fix it before is anyone’s guess!

I have two very prominent from teeth…well, i think they are prominent, every one else has very kindly said they arent. They’re probably right.

My right one is slightly chipped due to an encounter with an elbow nearly 11 years ago…I suppose it is an obvious chip and should have been dealt with eons ago, but I’ve never really gotten around to doing it.

Today’s the day…T-minus 2 hours and counting…

I think the title says it all.

Three visits left to finish up some minor stuff. My dentist will be taking his next vacation courtesy of me! I should stow away…I’ve earned it!

I have a few that need work but I did the most urgent one. When I say a few i mean there are 2 more that have a small hole in them that need a filling. I had the most important one done coz it had a hole in it and it was noticeable from teh from front when I smiled. I hate the dentist. i have alwasy had bad teeth and have had to go to the dentist as a kid so much but now I only go if i really have to. I wont be going abck anytime soon but at least I can cross this off my list.

oh this root canal hurts sometimes. i want a new cap, sometimes i want it to be gold, thats hot!
