visit Laos

drive my land rover defender all the way from Kuala Lumpur to Laos..

I really want a chance to visit where my parents were born and raised. When the Civil War broke out, both were forced to leave the country. My mom misses Laos a lot.

Out of all the places I’ve lived and worked over the years, Laos is my favorite!

I lived in South East Asia for a year, and Laos is by far one of the most amazingly beautiful places I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend anyone to visit! I would go back in a heartbeat!

when my friend was visiting there, he sent me a postcard on 2001 jan.26 ,since then i ‘ve always wanted to visit there
he wrote—it’s is very beautiful and european in some ways….we are 5 mins walking distance from the Mekong 河(river)
he wrote one chinese character there,cute

i miss him a lot, but we sort of “disconnected” now

I went to Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam for two weeks and it was so much fun! Laos, for me is the most beautiful of the three. I went to Luang Prabang, Plain of Jars… The food is also incredibly delicious. You can spend a whole month in Luang Prabang, just going around, reading etc.
