not freak out when i go to the dentist tomorrow

i only flinched a few times. the hygeinist said i broke an anxiety low. then we scheduled a second appt for today, but i did freak out last night and called around 11pm to cancel the appt. i did as little freaking out at the dentist as possible. two days in a row would be too much for me.

when i read a million little pieces, frey described a dental visit for about 25 pages or so that i couldn’t even read. i have to take tranquilizers. i told my dentist that i hated him during the last cleaning, and i bit his finger. he really is a nice guy, and he puts up with me well, so i would like to be nice this time and not cause a scene. wish me luck, this is a hard goal for me.
