Encourage Irene to go to the gym with me

she is thinking about it…that’s all I can do is
plant the seed and ask again in the future :)

The gym I joined has a big nice pool..Irene is a senior, I told her there were lots of seniors there today and that she would not feel “different”..she did not like the idea at all…(worried about everything!) but by the end of the conversation she was saying she “might” look for her old swim suit (!)
I have to play this carefully, she is skittish about venturing too far out of her usual routine. But the gym would be so great for her and I want her around for a good long time! She would probably love it and it would help her.
