Support Breast Cancer Research by sending in "Pink Lids" by Yoplait

Seeing as I live in New Zealand and there is no Pink Lids thing going on, I have no idea why I put it on my list.
Probably because I support breast cancer and i didn’t want to come off as an ass when I got sent the link :|

24 lids in the mail today!

No pink lids at the store today, all blue lids, will collect all my lids from work Monday!

My last two yogurts have had blue lids…must pay attention at the store this weekend.

It took forever to find this group on here! I eat it everyday, but never saved the lids. After hearing my doctor say I could have skin cancer Friday, I decided I NEEDED to do this!

In the UK at least it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month this month. Many shops are selling t-shirts and underwear and badges and other things that are various shades of pink and donating a percentage to a breast cancer charity.

As well as trying to wear at least one pink item of clothing each day this month I have also put pink highlights in my hair. Whenever people ask about it I tell them why I did it.

I definitely will do whatever I can to get the word out and send more “Pink Lids”.

34 lids saved = $3.40! It is such a simple thing to do, and makes a difference in the world. For the next campaign I would like to put up posters in the store and area to get more people to participate!

Today I am sending 34 lids!I ate way more yogurt but it is hard to get the pink ones on a consistant basis. I drive 25 miles one way to the nearest grocery store.

Goal accomplished!
