I am in search of the answer to finding more energy. I sleep well at night and get enough sleep in the evening, I take vitamins (sometimes), I try to exercise (sometimes), and sometimes I try to eat a more healthy meal. Yet I am still exhausted 95% of the day, every day…Must I eat healthy and/or eat more specific foods, take certain vitamins, exercise daily, and hope to see the energy rush into me?
I am going to have to find the hits and misses in finding what will give me the best energy boost, long-term.

from somewhere ANYWHERE. I am always so tired during the day, and I don’t get a great sleep during the night. I have a LOT of trouble getting up in the morning. Coffee doesn’t help that much anymore and arg I hate being tired all the time.
I think exercise may be the cure. We’ll see

Not getting there yet.
Worked too much this week, slept too little, weather has been crappy, no time for anything. Took off Monday, have Tuesday off, so I’m looking forward to just “being” for the weekend and not doing much of anything; I think we’ve been “doing” too much vs. just “being”; enjoying life, reflecting on life, thinking, relaxing, taking in all the senses of our surroundings.
Time to clear my mind, and hopefully regroup and rest up.
