I’m at 145. I think I’m ready for a down-swing. I’ll have to see what things I can do to make this happen. Running and going to the gym, reducing the amount of caloric drinks I consume, reducing sweet-intake and getting plenty of sleep are all things that can help me achieve a healthier weight.
OKSO, I need to buy a scale. Because the one I use is at my grandma’s house, and Idk if it works right. EVERY time I use it I’m like the same exact weight, no matter how my clothes fit/how much I’ve eaten or whatever. I know it’s probably right, but I want one of my own. It says I’m back up to 150, but since it’s said I was 140, my clothing hasn’t really fit any different. Idk. I just want one of my own. Preferably a really cool one. :D
I weighed myself 2 days ago, it said I was 138. I’m pretty positive my grandma’s scale is off. It continued to tell me I was 150 lbs every time I got on until today (It said 142-that was after I ate. Hell, idk. their scale is weird.)
Anyway. Now I have some money I’m able to spend, so next time I’m at walmart I’ll buy one.
I don’t know exactly what weight I am right now, as I haven’t been able to weigh myself in like 2 weeks. But I’m assuming I’m somewhere around 145-150. So as of now my STG is to get down to 140 and stay there until my next STG.
