    the date that am going to the nutritionist again to get my wheight measured. i hope i ll lose another 3 kilos by then. mind you only 2 weeks left!!!

    so here is the schedule till sunday

    7/6 – Running plus pilates
    8/6 – running plus chest and back
    9/6- running plus biceps, triceps and shoulders
    10/6 – jogging on the beach
    11/6- bday day so no work

    the lessons are getting quite boring… we are just doing salsa all the time and am not such a big fun of salsa and plus we havent done that many moves cos we keep repeating. to be honest, i have a people problem. i dont like the people that come to the lessons and is not that fun anymore:( so i dont know i might not do it anymore. its too much money for what they give us

    getting better:) i ve lost 4 kilos already (8 pounds) and i am quite happy… i exercise more regularly now – at least 4 times a week and i go dancing twice a week:)

    my diet has officialy started today:) it isnt half bad. really.
    lets see, got my next appointment in a week.

    So I’ve taken a step foreward. i ve booked a nutritionist appointment for thursday!! in 3 days time! i ll start following the diet when i come back from Athens. Basically I am sick and tired of people telling me ” So…you are a bit on the heavy side now.. mm shame you had a good body once”. arg!!! i want to be able to wear my swimming suit with pride!. I have SIX months to complete my goal!

    well i have actually lost a few inches off my waist. it’s the dancing and the sex:) i ve also stopped ANY intake of sugar!! and i am very proud. this is my fourth day. i had a sip of coke today but thats it. nothing else and i actually felt sick afterwards so it means i wont have any for a few days. i also have not eaten any meat for four days now and very little dairy products! yeayy

    swimming lessons are starting soon…:D

    well…. let’s just say i had a terrible craving last night and ended up cooking pasta at midnight. huge mistake. but wil make it up. i am so fed up with the way my body is. i just want it to change
