I went right after work and spent a hour learning how the machines work. I really liked the trainer and kind of wish I had more time to work with her. In any case, my current plan is to keep with the pilates and yoga classes until I get bored with them. I might add some cardio into the mix and some of the weight machines and extra exercises she taught me will also do me good. Now if I skip class, I know what to do with myself!

I met the trainer last night and now my appointment is on Tuesday at 6:30…
I am really glad too..she was great, I learned what I needed to and I am off to a good start. She was not intimidating at all (I was worried)—she didn’t under do it or over do it..whew! I get another meeting with her after a few weeks in the program I was assigned today. :)
with my enrollment in the gym. Knowing me I might want to find a reason to cancel this or move the appointment….
