keep my promises

Its so much easier getting people to trust you with false promises haha Im so bad, I really must turn from my wicked ways :(

My clients , whom I let down continually because I don’t have the balls to tell them that I’m not into what they’re doing, or simply don’t think they are doing it well.

I think part of my not keeping my promises is based on fear. Fear of failing mostly, as I am a bit of a perfectionist. The irony is, I fail most because I will myself into inaction.

Day #1 :
(1) Reach Surrey Campus @ 6 30 AM!!
(2) Finish BUS 321. Ch. 18 and 20!! (all assigned problems and mark questions for instructor).

All about ending up on this page I guess. If I promise something even to myself… there is no choice.

Otherwise I loose trust in myself & I don’t want to go there.

It sounds like such a nice thing to say… but when it comes down to it, I make promises all the time that I don’t plan on keeping. Most of these promises I make to myself. I want to become someone that I can depend on.

Sorry A.L. I broke it. You probably don’t remember, it was years ago. I’ve done it at least 10 more times, but no more than 20. Last time being earlier this month.

You were the only one that listened, but our friendship got drowned in the noise somewhere along the road. Nonetheless, I still apologize.

In the fall I met someone that understood me completely almost immediately. It usually takes years for people to understand me, and for me to be open enough with them to show them my true personality. But this someone understood me from the moment we met. He always seemed like he had something he wanted to say to me, but he never said it, not wanting to offend me I think. But at a party at the end of the year when he was really drunk he asked me to make a promise to him, and all of the things that he asked me to promise him were things that I myself really want to do. He is thousands miles away now, but I intend to do my best to keep my promise.

I promise I will not drink or smoke the entire day.

I didn’t keep my promise. There’s no excuse for it. I will not fail again.

I promise I will not smoke or drink today.
