Since I am a runner, that means my body needs lots of water to do well. Staying hydrated is something I definantely need to work on, so I am going to bring a bottle of water with me to my classes during the day and bring water when my team goes to trails(like bullfrog,my favorite trail)

I remember being on a scout backpacking trip about 12 years ago when we were hiking in Capitol Reef during the summer. It was very warm and some of us were complaining (of course I wasn’t one of them!) Our scout leaders told us that if we kept water in us we would stay happier and obviously hydrated. This is true. There is a drinking fountain just outside the classroom so I should use it more and be healthier.
