I had my daughter 8 months ago and I have lost weight – but not nearly what I want to. When I found out I was pregnant I was the heaviest I have ever been. So, I have a long way to go, but I know I will get there. I found this great website, Vitality for Life, (www.vfl.com) that helps you with total wellness. Their philosophy is not to make a bunch of skinny people, but healthy people. For some people (me) being healthy means loosing weight. It is really cool, you put in what you ate each day and how much (or not) you exercised then it will give you recommendations on what to change or workout ideas. It also tallies your food intake and exercise output to figure out how you balanced for the day. They will also give you back $1 for every day that you enter your food/exercise for the first 90 days. That’s how long it takes to change a habit. I just got started so I will keep everyone posted on how I’m doing with it.
