I’m at 67 kg, down from 86 kg last May. My goal is to be at 63 kg by mid-June, and finally in the 50s (ultimate goal is to be around 59) sometime in august. Wish me luck!! :D
How to weigh 60kg
How I did it: - eating a lot of wholemeal products
- drinking unsugared tea and water instead of lemonade
- no fast food
- eating sweeties only once a week

I’m sure I must weigh about 70kg, haven’t had a scale for over 9 months now… When I came back from Europe, after Christmas, it was summer in Peru and I started eating small plates of fruit and veg for my meals. I was home alone so controlled exactly what I ate and felt no outisde pressure. But now the boyfriend’s back and we have guests for 3 weeks and I dig in the ice cream and the pasta and the double portion breakfast.

Tonight, I wanna eat carrot sald: grated, with hydrated raisins and a little vinaigrette. Should get some parsley from the veg man. Also gonna eat an avocado-redpepper sandwich. And a square of dark chocolate to stay sane.

Right, I’ve joined an online diet thing, I need to take advantage of the peruvian summer before it gets all cold and grey again.
The plan is:- Eat cereals with yogurt or milk plus a piece of fruit for breakfast
- Eat normally at lunch, i.e. 3 course meal, but no deep-fried stuff. Choose the salad for starters and leave one of the feculents on the plate.
- Dinner should be veggies, preferable ready made. Or it can be fruits. This is the one meal I’m gonna change.
- Coffee morning and afternoon if I feel like it
- A square of dark chocolate in the evening (need to bring some form Belgium!!)
- Get a bike to ride at w-e with my boyfriend
- Start running again.

Woo. I reached 60kg. It’s been hard and long, but I’ve done it. I’m really pleased. Now my new goal is 55kg. =]

I’m so fucking close now it hurts. I’m 61kg exactly. I’ve got one more kg then I’m there. I can’t wait to see 60 on the scale. I’m really excited. I should be able to do it. I will be able to do it. I’ve gotten this far! =] I’m so chuffed.

Eeek. I’m close to 60kgs. About 2kgs off. I have to make it. I’ve been trying for too long to reach this goal. I just need to push my body a little harder. God please.
I’m not going to Paris anyway, but ehhh. I need to reach this goal. I hate being stuck at this horrid weight.

I’ve just set myself the challenge of reaching 60kg by the 1st of October. If I don’t reach it by then I won’t go to Paris with Alex. At the moment, this is my biggest motivation to loose weight. I want Alex to think I’m beautiful and I want to be thinner for the trip.

Hmm. This is taking a long time because I keep fucking up and eating lots of crap. I’m getting there though. I weighed myself and I’m at 63kg. I hope I can reach 60kg before school starts.
I’m determined and focused. Lots of fruit, veg and water. I hope cutting out cheese will help and I’m cutting down on carbs. I’m only eating small amounts of meat like chicken and fish and when I do it’s only baked, steamed or grilled. No frying. I need to do more exercise though. That’s the hardest part because I’m so unfit and I smoke. =/
I can do it.
