Lately (even more than usual) 15 months ago

I have been getting bummed about lots of little things (and crying over them). I have been feeling really bad about myself. I know a lot of it is because, if I don’t exercise, I just feel bad. It effects my mood and I don’t feel like I look as good either (vanity). My friend introduced me to her friend today and he told her that I was beautiful (woah). She told me because she could see me getting down about the fact that some guy called me ‘hey big girl’ (curvy and tall). Then I think two Mexican ladies at the market thought I was the one who just had the baby!! Shit!!

My boyfriend made a suggestion to me today. He said that I might try ignoring more stuff, like he does. He even suggest that I ignore him when he’s being annoying. That’s an interesting tip. Ignore stuff, maybe that will bring me more serenity & peace like he said it would.

I am going to do a few things right now to feel better about myself before I go to bed.
1. a load of laundry
2. a bath w/ beauty and relaxation in mind
3. watch something fun
4. water my garden
5. 5 yoga moves…just 5! I’ll start super small!

That is my commitment, to complete tonight. No matter what (should be doable! IT looks fairly easy and kinda fun!).
