far as running is concerned. i’m really not seeing the weight loss results i want and i know that is because of how i eat. I eat HORRIBLY!! I had to actually run the mile 3 times! The first time I got 12:59. Second time, 11:29. And finally for the last mile I got exactly 10:00!!! And I came in before my two friends who were faster than me! They were right behind though:) 7 months ago
