far as running is concerned. i’m really not seeing the weight loss results i want and i know that is because of how i eat. I eat HORRIBLY!! So i know i need to kick up my diet AND exercise regimen this wek. No slacking off at the gym no matter what. My last clocked time was 1 mile in 13:33. How I did it: I took a pilates class at school and we had to run every day before we started pilates for 5 minutes. Then we would do like 40 minutes of pilates excercises. Every so often we would run the mile! Read how I did it… 7 months ago

I had to actually run the mile 3 times! The first time I got 12:59. Second time, 11:29. And finally for the last mile I got exactly 10:00!!! And I came in before my two friends who were faster than me! They were right behind though:) 7 months ago
