I really have to concentrate on this one. With all of my food allergies and being a vegetarian I miss out on a lot of my daily requirements. I think my best bet is to take it at suppertime as I am usually at home then and it’s not too close to the time when I take my daily medications(which I believe you are supposed to space these out, but I’m not 100% on that). Breakfast would be an ideal time because I never eat breakfast and therefore I would have to(as my vitamins must be taken with food so that certain vitamins and minerals can be more easily absorbed) so I would be covering two goals in one. 6 years ago
