Hubby just took the Jeep to his parents so that they could see it. His mother noticed something so meaningful to me. She told him that maybe we didn’t buy the Escape because we’re not looking to escape the situation but bought the Liberty because we wanted liberation.
Yeah…

test drove in town and they wouldn’t give me the trade in amount that I desired for the van. So that didn’t fly.
The object is is to purchase a vehicle that will not wind up costing more of a car payment as the van. Unfortunately I have ‘upside down’ or negative equity on the van as I bought it just over a year ago. Grrrr….
Then we went to the thriving metropolis of Green Bay to check out an escape there. Same thing as the first, however, this salesman was worse as he kept inflating numbers and was not honest. So we said bye-bye to him too!
On the way home we decided to peruse another lot. Not hoping for much really as we were both very tired. We saw an Escape and kinda liked it, but right beside the Escape was this lovely Patriot Blue Jeep Liberty! Right price, right attitude to fit mine!
Yep, I am now the proud owner of a Patriot Blue Jeep Liberty! I pick it up Monday!

I’m not going to need a minivan any longer I’m looking at another vehicle. The top on my list is the Ford Escape. Should have it tomorrow or Saturday at the latest.
